Limited Warranty: thirty days (30) since the day you receive your order.

What is Covered:

Defects against Manufacturing,we will replace defective liners or box parts with the same model

What is not Covered:

Normal Wear and Tear. Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.

Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse;(b) contact with other chemical other than soap ingredients or soap mixtures,(c) extreme heat above maximum heat required.

Return policy: Used molds cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Please make sure that you have ordered the correct size molds.
