Apple Spice Cake Rootbeer?
I go camping and heard somewhere that this is a good camping recipe. I can not seem to find anything online however, any suggestions?
From what I understand, this recipe, when the share of camping, is made in a Dutch oven pot not all world owns it, and consists of nothing more than a box cake mix (spice cake), a couple pats of butter (2 tablespoons), a can of pie filling (apple) and a can of soda (root beer, Dr. Pepper, etc) and cook over hot coals, with coal at the top, as does a Dutch oven. It is supposed to have won awards.
